The user account has been locked out.

Hi, I'm using the 'IEE Forms Based Authentication Solution' on a sharepoint site. After solving some problems all is running fine excepto for one point:

For a certain user, when I try to reset his password I get this error 'The user account has been locked out.'. I suppose that the FBA account has been locked due to several password typos but, where I'm supposed to go to unlock the account? I have tried the sharepoint setting, the feature setting and also using VS ASP.net configuration pointing at the FBA DB but I can't find anywhere to unlock the account.

Hi,
There's a field in the FBA db "isapproved", this corresponds with the IEE user management option "is active" and is not what you need.
As far as I know and I can see there's no option in IEE to change the field islockedout from true to false when a user is locked out. Changes can be made directly in de db, (aspnet_Membership table).
