FBA User Management not working in default zone?

First off, would just like to say that I'm liking what I see so far.  I'm actually on the path of choosing this product over Microsoft's External Collaboration Toolkit for SharePoint.

I'm having a peculiar issue with the FBA User Management page.  It appears to be working just fine when I access it from the FBA authenticated zone, but I'm getting a null reference exception when I attempt to load the page from the AD authenticated zone (full text below).  I'm guessing this isn't expected behavior...  Anyone come across this before?

Thanks in advance...

Hello friends,

I have this same issue, i can access to FBA Admin zone from FBA authenticated site without problems but from AD login isn`t.

Do you have resolved this issue?, what can i do?...

Have you activated the feature in the AD site / zone?

Is the AD login an admin? (or site collection administrator?)
I'm sure you just activate the features...
