License Limitation for using some part of CKS Code

I'm no legal expert, but I read that license as having no requirement that you distribute source code.  There is a requirement that if you DO distribute source code, you must do so using the Microsoft Public license itself (not your own license).  If you only supply only binaries, you can supply your own license, but your license must comply with the Microsoft Public license, which means your licensees can redistribute your software.

It's not just that you have to supply a copy of the CKS license, you must distribute *using* the CKS license.  That means, while you can sell your software, you can't prohibit your customers from selling or otherwise distributing your software either.
