This Starter Kit provides basic taxonomy management, content tagging functionality, and filtered views using the Content Query web part. Read http://blogs.msdn.com/ecm/archive/2007/01/22/taxonomy-tagging-starter-kit-for-sharepoint-server.aspx and the README.txt file for more information.

This module is slated to be incorporated into CKS 2.0's Corporate Intranet Edition and Internet/Extranet Edition.

Not everyone uses Publishing on sites, therefore Content Query Web part...not good (use rather one DataView Web Part with custom layout, filtering and sorting options).
