Playing Video Files in WSS 3.0

Is it possible to play a Video File File like "Youtube " in WSS 3.0? Can anyone help me on this issue??

No problem, it’s easy, add a web part Web visor, choose the option Web Site and put the youtube video.
The url to play the video is: http://www.youtube.com/v/[VIDEO_CODE]&hl=en&fs=1
for example, I want put this video:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UkSPUDpe0U8
to play in your web site should be:
http://www.youtube.com/v/UkSPUDpe0U8&hl=en&fs=1

Begining to put your video you must see if the video can be Embed, under the description on the youtube site, puts if are embeddable.

Actually I have a list " Podcast" (only for Video files).... this list contains so many video files(wmv).... now if am clicking in any one of the video file it opening in full screen,
so i would like to play this video file in a  small window (I mean the position,size of the player) like if we click a video in Youtube. For this is any additional coding i need?? or where i want to make the changes in code page??  can i do make changes using Sharepoint Designer???

Thanks..... I checked the Video wall screencast & Ganotti's webcast... Its very nice.... And all these are based on a blog post...can anyone please help me to do this in a "list"?? Actually am a new comer.... I have the doubts in the following areas...
 1. Where this 'lytebox scripts & images" are being uploaded?
 2. How can i add "script pointer webpart" in a list??
